Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the European Union.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase. For deliveries within the European Union, a flat shipping fee of €10 applies unless otherwise stated.

Delays
Rifatto is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customs and Taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the price displayed at checkout. No additional customs duties are expected for intra-EU shipments.
