Boro pullover shirt 継縞-Tsugijima

This pullover shirt is reconstructed from Japanese kimono fabrics dating back to the 1920s–1930s, many of which were traditionally indigo-dyed.
The fabric is remarkably durable, while still retaining the natural softness of cotton.

継縞-Tsugijima (Patched Stripes)

Named for the striped fabrics joined together across the garment. Each piece carries traces of its past, stitched into a new form, quietly continuing the memories they hold.

[Fabric and Care]

The jacket has already passed a professional washing test.
It can be washed at home using a dry-clean or wool cycle.

100% cotton.
Tumble drying is possible at a low temperature(30–40°C), though natural drying is recommended.
